Privacy and image consent

P.S.Y processes the data required for member selection, collaborations, events and exchanges with a strict expectation of confidentiality.

Data controller

The final data controller information must be completed before the full public opening. For any request relating to personal data: rgpd@psy.tf.

Data collected

Applications, contact details, portfolios, contact messages, newsletter subscriptions, event registrations, billing data and publication consents are kept only for the announced purposes.

Purposes

This data is used to reply to requests, review applications, prepare collaborations, manage image consents, send required confirmations and protect forms against automated submissions.

Newsletter subscription is based on explicit consent and email confirmation. Each message must provide an unsubscribe link.

Your rights

To exercise your rights of access, correction, export, objection or deletion: rgpd@psy.tf.

Images and portfolios

Publishing media requires confirmation of the related rights and, when a person is identifiable, their consent. Removal of an image can be requested at any time.

Retention and security

Rejected applications are deleted after 12 months. Validated accounts remain active until deletion. Encryption, limited access, logging and strengthened authentication protect the data.

Cookies

No non-essential advertising or analytics tracker is announced at this stage. If audience measurement or tracking tools are added, this page and the consent mechanism must be updated before activation.
