Mindset
A committed, generous and reliable posture before any connection is made.
Performing Arts & Image
Create.
Produce.
Connect.
P.S.Y brings together image, performing arts and visual arts professionals around a simple belief: the best creations happen when the right people build together.
Discover
The community
Not a directory, not an agency. A culture that connects talents.
Open to meaningful encounters and demanding in its selection, P.S.Y helps strong creative teams and respectful projects emerge.
Our values
Human quality is a production standard.
Professionalism
Selected profiles, clear commitments and a demanding level of execution.
Collective building
Every project becomes a meeting of crafts, not just a transaction.
Knowledge sharing
Masterclasses, feedback and reference members to help the community progress.
Artistic quality
Creation is supported by direction, craft and attention to detail.
Respect for crafts
Credit, compensation, consent and recognition are never negotiable.
Creative roles
All the strengths of thoughtful creation.
